Camila is not really asking for one more minute. She is asking for permission to gossip. The phone stays in her hand. That is the real story here.
Abuela Lupe: ¿Qué cosa?

Camila: Que parece que ya no habla con el hijo. Por lo del divorcio.
That she's not talking to her son anymore. Because of the divorce.

There it is. Abuela is not scolding her. She is handing her an old family tool instead. This dicho means something close to "if it's not yours to fix, leave it alone." It landed soft, not sharp.
